SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within Ireland. For orders under €50 or for international deliveries, shipping fees apply and are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping location
All orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland.

Order tracking and delays
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please check the following before contacting us:

* Review your shipping confirmation email for any address errors
* Check with your local post office
* Ask neighbors in case the parcel was delivered to them

If your address was correct and the parcel cannot be found, contact us at chicgabella@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect or incomplete address
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you with the shipping fee before resending the order.
